Capital and Lowercase Letter Sort

We love to do hands on activities during our homeschooling, especially those that encompass more than one skill.  This post focuses on an activity that works on letter recognition as well as scissor skills!

Sort capital and lowercase letters with this alphabet activity. It is a perfect activity for preschoolers and kindergartners who are practicing letter recognition and scissor skills.
What you need to complete this project is a letter outline page, a magazine or other form of print, scissors and glue.

Alphabet Sorting
My page is the letter Aa.  We looked through our magazine to find as many capital and lowercase As as we wanted.

Once we cut out all of our letters, we then glued them on our alphabet page.  We glued the capital letter on the capital letter and the lowercase letter on the lowercase letter.

Once you have sorted all of your letters, you are done!
