Spiders are a great theme to do in the month of October as an alternative to Halloween, or it can be taught in conjunction with a bug unit. We typically learn about spiders during the Halloween season.

This craft is a fun way for students to create their own spider. This craft allows students to decorate their spider any way they choose and then to make their spider's wiggly legs.
